For the serious fall upland bird hunter PRO provides exclusive hunting leases on several large ranches around Great Falls, Montana. Offering 3 and 4 day packages, you can combine hunting with fishing the world class Missouri River. Guests enjoy comfortable accommodations in a spacious and historic ranch house with private baths. The packages include ranch style meals, lodging, transportation and guides.

For the serious fly fisherman, Paul Roos Outfitters provides one of the last best places in the Last Best Place. Based out of Ovando, Paul Roos Outfitters has their log lodge, The North Fork Crossing, set back in the woods on the pristine banks off the North Fork of the Blackfoot. Anglers sleep in deluxe wall tents that feature wood floors, screened windows, electricity, heat, comfortable beds, covered porches and detached private baths. Meals are served in the comfort of the main lodge overlooking rising fish in private ponds. Dining at the North Fork Crossing elevates the rustic experience to another level, with gourmet dining inspired by a culinary school trained chef who is also an owner.

In addition to float fishing the Big Blackfoot River, North Fork Crossing offers access to dozens of smaller, less familiar streams, lakes and private spring creeks, plus secluded, un-floatable sections of nearby rivers. The Blackfoot River is a popular destination, but day trips are also provided to the Mighty Mo – the nearby Missouri River only an hour away. A special trip, offered by only a few outfitters, permits floating and fishing down 61 miles of the Smith River over a five day trip. Camp is set and hors d’oeuvres are ready when you arrive after a day of fishing.
